Anti-Surveillance
by Design.
SWAMP PAY doesn't need to protect your data — because it never collects it. This is OPSEC through architecture, not policy.
Intelligence Brief — The Enemy
The surveillance economy.
Every card swipe feeds a global surveillance apparatus. Payment processors build consumer profiles, sell behavioral data, and enable warrantless financial surveillance. Your purchase history is not your own. They are running recon on every transaction.
THREAT ASSESSMENT — TRADITIONAL PAYMENT DATA
→ Card number transmitted to processor
→ Transaction logged with timestamp + location
→ Customer profile updated
→ Behavioral data sold to advertisers
→ Purchase history available to government
→ Data retained for 7+ years
EXPOSURE LEVEL: TOTAL COMPROMISE
Countermeasures — SWAMP Architecture
SWAMP PAY OPSEC.
01
On-Device Processing
All transaction logic executes within the terminal's secure enclave. Card data, wallet addresses, and transaction amounts never leave the device in plaintext. Like a sealed field radio — nothing leaks.
02
Ephemeral Data Model
Transaction records exist only long enough to confirm settlement. Once confirmed, all customer-identifying data is cryptographically shredded. No logs, no profiles, no trail.
03
Zero-Knowledge Settlement
Settlement data contains only the minimum information required: amount and destination. No customer identity, no purchase details, no metadata. Clean extraction. No trace left behind.
